About Gopulcha
Gopulcha comes from the old Korean word Gopul(고뿔) meaning cold. It is known as a medicinal winter tea that warms the body and helps you breathe more easily. Traditional recipes often use ginger, quince, wild pear, and other seasonal ingredients.In this workshop we will look at how teas were used in old Korean texts and learn how to making them. You will create your own blend and fill an 8oz tin to take home. The workshop also includes a tasting of classic Gopulcha.
